End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. General Provisions
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and Dumo ("Developer") regarding the use of the SAMORAI mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the App.
2. License
The Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on iOS devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are not permitted to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
2.1. Export Restrictions. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
2.2. Compliance with Third Party Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable third party terms of agreement when using the App. For example, when using the App with your wireless data service, you must not violate your wireless data service agreement.
3. Subscription and Payments
Use of the App is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
Trial Period: Upon first subscribing, you are provided with a free trial period of 7 days. No charges will be incurred during this period.
Paid Period: After the trial period ends, the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis. The subscription price is displayed in the App before you complete your purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Cancellation: You may cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation will take effect after the current paid period ends. Refunds for any unused portion of the subscription period are not provided, except as required by applicable law.
4. Account and Data
To use the App, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your data (tasks, lists, notes, notebooks) is stored locally on your device and synchronized with the Developer's servers. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting customer support.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, OR THAT IT WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL VERSIONS OF IOS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. THE DEVELOPER'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
7. Termination
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if you violate any term of this Agreement.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
8. Changes to Terms
The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates become effective as soon as they are published within the App or on the Developer's website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which you reside, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions. Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the courts located in the Developer's place of business.
